Mark J Williams

Mark’s career began in business development initially selling financial printing and later an expanded product suite, including language services, into the financial and professional services sectors. He later became European Sales Director, followed by UK Managing Director and then Senior Vice President Managing Director International for what is now Donnelley Financial Solutions. Mark was responsible for US$185+ million in revenue from five different businesses across the UK, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.

Post Donnelley Financial Solutions, Mark became CEO of a start-up document management company in Luxembourg, followed by a period consulting for a private equity firm in Europe. In 2015 he became CEO of a small language services company in the UK where, in  4-years, he grew revenue by 239% delivering double digit EBITDA and significantly raising the profile and reputation of the business. Global Lingo is now positioned in the top 30 European language services companies and continues to grow.

Mark has consulting experience and has led and managed divisions of large corporations; start-ups, and small to medium sized enterprises. During his career he has been involved in significant pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integrations.

Mark brings real-world international business experience at the sharp end, gained from over 20-years in senior management and c-level positions. He has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 51.3% with businesses he has led and managed over the course of his career.
